1. Open Tmpgenc Xpress 3.0
2. Click On Start New Project.
3. Click On Add Files. Add Both Part of The Movies. Starting with Part 1 And Than Part 2
4.Once you Select The Files you will have option to change the Aspect Ratio..I suggest 10:11 (NTSC 4:3) But The Choice Is Your.
5. Than you Move On To Set Output. you Will get to this screen.
6. Here you will Change The Aspect Ratio to Image 16:9. But Again That is Your Choice.
7. Than You Will Get To This Screen Select your Image Resolution. I Do 704x480.
8. You Will Get to This Screen. Nothing To change here..unless you guys want to experiment.
9. Alomost Done. click on Encode. Over Here you will decide. if u want to output the whole file ie cd 1 and cd 2. or if u want to out put the clips separately.. with bunty or babli. u will need to output the clips separately. but than when you use dvd author it will make the dvd files for both clips.

Well, unfortunately I think this tutorial isn't very helpful at all. I'm not out to be a prick, but what does it explain? What does it offer besides just providing how you use the program, I don't recall even one explanation for any of the steps you listed.
