Hey,

I've made another simple guide on joining avi's since there were a lot of questions and posts regarding this. This will hopefully solve their problems as this is a simple step-by-step process. The only software required is VirtualDub >>>> http://www.virtualdub.org/download

1. Open VirtualDub from your directory

Click here to see a large version

2. Go to Video > and select Direct Stream Copy

Click here to see a large version

3. Do the same for Audio... Hit Audio > Direct Stream Copy

Now click on File > Open

Click here to see a large version

4. Select the first part of the movie you want to join. In this case I'll use an example of Hum Tum (2 parts) Note: You could have as many parts as you wish

5. Now you should have something like this...

6. Now lets add the remainder parts.. Go to File > and click on Append AVI Segement

Click here to see a large version

7. Now select your second part. Note: This step may be repeated as many times as you wish to add more parts.

8. After you've added all the parts you wish to join Click on File > and hit Save as AVI...

Click here to see a large version

9. Pick the directory where you wish to save the joined AVI...and now you should have something like this...Please wait until as the files are being joined...
